Well, it's been an eventful couple weeks. Ethan finished his Summer Fun program. It's a summer camp that South Weber has for kids. He really enjoyed it. The camp ended with a little program for parents performed by all the kids. It was pretty cute to see Ethan and all his buddies singing songs.
Maeve is really growing up. She just coos and giggles now. It's really easy to make her smile and kick. Just feed her, then burp her and there you go. She's ready to play. This is a really cute picture of her.

Maeve's first ride on the train; the Frontrunner. She wasn't as amused or as interested as Ethan was. Just another day..........yawn...........

Ethan and the family spent a morning riding the Frontrunner train from Ogden to SLC. Ethan loved it. Loves trains. Spent the whole ride down telling us about the Frontrunner, it's engines and trains in general. He threw in some commentary on the semis he could see on the highway from his window. What a fascinating, informative morning...................

Ethan's first time on a kneeboard. I would get Ethan strapped in on the boat and put him in the water to Darren and Darren would help him get his rope, keep the kneeboard balanced until I could get the boat going. Once Ethan could move off on his own, Darren would then get up on the board and he and Ethan would kneeboard together. It was a lot of fun and Ethan loved it. He's turning into a regular boater. A skier (next year?). An outdoorsman.

Maeve's very first ride on the boat. The lifejacket sort of fits her. It's our smallest one, but she didn't complain being in it. We got a smile out of her. She's pretty happy no matter what we're doing. She liked the boat, didn't mind the noise or the wind. She had a hard time napping in the life jacket though. But she's going to be an outdoorswoman too. A skier, too.

Way to go with the updating Al. I love the picture with Maeve in the life jacket. Jack wasn't as happy to have it on.
